If you are looking to Return, Exchange or Refund you order for whatever reason, we are here to help. We offer return or exchange within 3 days of receiving you order. You can return your product for exchange or refund with  paying To and Fro Logistic charges.

Please note following points regarding Return, Exchange & Refund  Policy.

• Discounted items can’t be counted in original price.

• Returned items must have original Tags and packing.

• Return item must have no usable signs (like wrinkles on front portion) of wearing.

To initiate a return or exchange, Please complete the following steps:

• Write a text message contains Order Id, Product name / price details etc. and reason of return and send us at Whatsapp Number i.e. 9501602348 or at revoxshoes@gmail.com

• After receiving your request we will initiate reverse pickup at the end of original logistic partner.

• Refund will be issued in customer’s Bank Account (after deducting logistic charges), once we receive the returned product. (Subject to the condition of the product, like no usable signs of wearing).
