Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

If you are looking to Return, Exchange or Refund you order for whatever reason, we are here to help. We offer free return or exchange within 3 days of receiving you order. You can return your product for exchange or refund.

Please note following points regarding Return, Exchange & Refund  Policy.

• Discounted items can’t be counted in original price.

• Returned items must have original Tags and packing.

• Return item must have no usable signs (like wrinkles on front portion) of wearing.

To initiate a return or exchange, Please complete the following steps:

• Write a text message contains Order Id, Product name / price details etc. and reason of return and send us at Whatsapp Number i.e. 9501602348 or at revoxshoes@gmail.com.

• After receiving your request we will initiate reverse pickup at the end of original logistic partner.

• Refund will be issued in customer’s Bank Account, once we received the returned product. (Subject to the condition of the product, like no usable signs of wearing).
